165 miles of canals and a high water table
Las Olas Isles, Rio Vista, Seven Isles and Harbor Beach sit on finger canals with groundwater within a few feet of the slab. Water that gets under a slab here has nowhere to drain to, so it sits and moves sideways instead of soaking away.
April 2023 is still showing up in walls
